This is a one of one wood cut piece that combines acrylic paint and screen printing.
It’s also a reinterpretation of one of my first screen prints, the fish shape is directly pulled from the earlier print, and laser cut at Generator in the South End during my Summer 2025 Residency. It was painted by hand and attached to a thrifted wood oval panel, with a screen printed piece of wood cut into a water shape affixed to the back.
It’s intended to be a playful take on the classic fishing plaque/trophy silhouette.
