"moon blooms #3"

from $50.00

The largest and most recent entry in the moon blooms series, this seven color 12×16” screen print is a very representative culmination of my screen printing practice. The variation in card stock color, the rounded forms inspired by natural landscapes, and the wide spectrum of textures and gradients used to print them; these details all demonstrate methods I’ve developed over the course of creating 60+ screen printed pieces.

I think that growth resonates in this work, and though the title speaks literally to what’s being depicted, it feels symbolic that much of my own growth in the medium has come during late nights as well.

Framed prints are hinge mounted with acid-free tape on acid-free foam core, atop bright orange card stock in a spun natural wood glass 16×20” frame that will be shipped with ample packaging to arrive safely.
